Penetrant Testing (PT) Service

Detect defects with penetrant!

Our company conducts penetrant testing (PT), where a penetrant is applied to the inspection object followed by a developer, allowing for the detection of defects such as cracks based on surface patterns. In addition, we perform various non-destructive tests, including radiographic testing (RT), where radiation (X-rays, gamma rays) is directed at the inspection object to project it onto a film, and ultrasonic testing (UT), where ultrasonic waves are directed into the inspection object. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Our Inspection Services】 ■ Radiographic Testing (RT) ■ Ultrasonic Testing (UT) ■ Penetrant Testing (PT) ■ Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Explanatory Material: "Non-Destructive Testing You Can Ask About Now"

A clear introduction to the basics of penetrant testing and magnetic particle testing.

Our company, which manufactures and sells flaw detection devices for non-destructive testing, is currently offering explanatory materials on "Penetrant Testing (PT) Method and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Method." We provide a clear introduction to their respective features and principles, types of penetrants and testing agents, and examples of inspection targets. [Contents] ■ Representative testing methods for non-destructive testing ■ Features and principles of Penetrant Testing (PT) Method ■ Features and principles of Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Method *For more detailed information, please refer to the "PDF Download." We are also currently showcasing a video introduction of the demo units for penetrant testing devices we have available.

Non-drainage PT device "MH-1"

No treatment of wash water drainage is required, and the processing speed is more than 2 to 3 times faster than water-washable devices!

Water is inexpensive, but used water requires wastewater treatment, which incurs enormous costs. The waterless fluorescent penetrant testing device MH-1 solves environmental issues. Moreover, the processing speed is increased to 2-3 times that of water washing, bringing significant benefits in both environmental issues and production capacity.

Non-destructive testing equipment achieves reduced inspection time and uniform accuracy in product inspection.

Reliability of inspection equipment from a penetrant manufacturer. Testing with demo units is also possible! Providing various types of flaw detection inspection equipment such as penetrant, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic to many industries.

This device is designed to inspect various sizes, quantities, shapes, and materials of inspection items, ranging from steel materials to small screws, with uniformity and high precision. Non-destructive testing is essential for products and parts that may suffer significant damage after delivery. We hope this will contribute to enhancing the competitiveness and quality of your products. *Note: Fluorescent penetrant testing equipment may also be referred to as Zygro, Keitan, or PT, while magnetic particle testing equipment may be called Jikitan, among others. The shapes and sizes of the devices vary, and we design and manufacture equipment that meets customer needs, including manual or automated inspection and transportation processes. The basic design features a side-by-side layout of each work booth, allowing for flexible configurations such as L-shaped or U-shaped arrangements to effectively utilize your valuable workspace and human resources. Simplified models, such as those with only a wash basin and dryer, are also available. We are always open to consultations regarding inspection methods, so please feel free to reach out. We will provide proposals, including whether or not the equipment is necessary. Additionally, we are always accepting requests for the use of demonstration units.

Material Testing

Non-destructive organizational observation is possible on-site! Introduction to material testing.

We offer investigations of microstructure, defects, deterioration, and damage using the SUMP method. The SUMP method involves performing mirror finishing and etching on the surfaces of various equipment and piping on-site, collecting replicas for observation, and investigating the shapes of cracks and the condition of metal material deterioration that have occurred in the equipment. Additionally, investigations using SEM are also possible. By equipping the SEM with analytical devices, a variety of analyses can be conducted. 【Features and Applications (SUMP)】 ■ Non-destructive microstructure observation on-site ■ Investigation of the characteristics of defects detected by MT and PT ■ Investigation of creep damage and hydrogen embrittlement ■ Material changes such as sensitization and graphitization ■ Observation of hydrogen embrittlement in materials like titanium ■ Observation and quantification of the alpha phase (area ratio measurement) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
